Complaint against EDF Energy
Since February 2016 edf promises to close an account for a meter that has been disconnected. Even after an email confirmation that the account was closed and no liability they start again with a new account reference number how do you stop this catch 22 nonsense? I estimate one man day of time has been wasted o n telephone conversations with people who do not keep their word.
