Complaint against EDF Energy

Switched from edf to new supplier.I am in credit with edf..was told by there operatives that my final bill would be deducted from my credit and the balance paid into my account....my new supplier asked for a final meter reading gave it over the phone.they gave it to edf..now I have found out that my new supplier are in dispute over the smart meter reading..I gave.and edf have said I owe them money..I have always paid my monthly direct payments on time.started at £100 per month then reduced down to £87 pound per month....edf said they have estimated my final bill.as far as I am aware there is no estimated bills when you have a smart meter...I am also in receipt of JSA so I don't run up high bills...I feel like I am being victimised because I have left edf....I have been on the review site's about edf.I am not the only person that as had problems .in my opinion edf need to be investigated ....
