Complaint against EDF Energy
Not happy switched to new supplier sept.2017.had credit in my account..now they have said I owe them money..they have done an estimated reading .and I have a smart meter installed by edf..as far as I am aware there is supposed to be no estimated .readings if you have a smart meter...I was paying £100 pound per month direct debit .after 5 months went down to £87 per month....i dont think my final bill as been calculated correctly...my new supplier is charging me £66 per month..and they are in dispute with edf over the final meter reading i gave to them...edf customer services are inept..... I have switched in the past from other utilities. And never had any problems.
