Extra Energy company are trying to rip me off

Complaint against Extra Energy

Hi this electric company have said that i have not provided a meter reading in the last year. I did provide them one I only wish i had recorded it as they say they have never had one. I am on Economy 7 and have a night and day rate. My day rate is always less than the night as i am not home during the day until 7pm and im not in weekends also. I have been careful in using electric and really cutting down. I have not had the heating on for 4 months and im now being told i owe them over £300. I gave them my rates when i switched to them in 2016 and they have switched the rates around so it looks like i have used a lot of electric on the day tarriff. I have spoke at length over the phone and someone was going to call me back after they investigated further. I have not received the call. This company are trying to switch the figures of energy around to their advantage. They say my readings dont make sense. I even took screenshots and sent them. By my reconning i should be a few hundred pounds in credit not the other way around. Please help
