Complaint against Extra Energy
I have asked Extra Energy for a final bill some time ago, but they have failed to supply me with one. I have given them my final meter readings and my account shows that I am over £500 in credit. I have not cancelled my direct debit as I think they still owe me money. I have now switched suppliers, but Extra Energy will not finalise my account. I have asked them again today but I am not confident of a response.
