Complaint against Extra Energy
I have been trying to get the credit on my account back since 22nd July 2016. I am now over £400 in credit. I have contacted them 4 four times and each time takes forever. I am told the same thing every time they need to take meter readings to generate a new direct debit amount then I will get a refund with 10 days! This doesn't happen, on my third call I spoke to the most rude customer service person I have ever spoken to. I am now livid I have asked for a manger to call me and I now have a complaint reference. Please help me what should I do next.
