No final bill 7 weeks + after leaving them
Complaint against Extra Energy
We left Extra energy for electricity on the 14/2/17 moving to Iresa as our supplier for electricity and gas, our final gas bill was received and a credit was received from Zog our previous gas supplier within 2 weeks, but nothing has been received form Extra energy, when contacted Extra energy blame Iresa our new supplier for not sending the final readings ( despite the fact we sent the final readings to both companies) after speaking to Iresa they blame Extra energy for not sending the meter details they are required to send back to Extra energy with the final readingsm, they continue to blame each other, but strangly Extra energy have cancelled both of our previous bills up to 22/11/16 they also say it may take 12 weeks to resolve, I suspect they will try and send a final bill priced at the fixed price starting the end of February this year not the previous, I would be grateful for any help.
