Overcharged by extra energy when changing to cooperative energy
Complaint against Extra Energy
I feel I have been overcharged when closing my account ,throughout the year I was with them my account was all ways in credit .When the last debit was taken from my account on the 1st of June it left me £89.98 in credit but when they closed the account in June they took £269.60 because they said that I was in debit with my payments. There is also a disagreement over the final meter readings I sent the readings of Gas 9862 and Electric 80999 on the 13TH May But the readings that were sent to Extra Energy were Gas 9870 and Electric 81147.
