Complaint against Extra Energy
They were the cheapest price available for Eco 7 meter. After 6 months they charged my off peak consumption at day price. It took them 3 months and 15 phone calls to correct the problem. I left them two month ago, and I am still waiting for my extra money. Whenever they tell you that they will fix the problem they explain to you that their system will take at least 10 working days. You call them 2 weeks later to figure out that nothing as been done. And then, they just do it again. Every single person on the phone truly believe that their system will take care of your request. But nothing is done. BEST PART, if you are transfered ten times on one phone call you will have to repeat the security question 10 times. Good luck if you go to them.
