My switch to boost

Complaint against Ovo Energy

I put in for a switch to boost energy in december,on a offer of 15 credit per fuel.i received no confirmation about my switch.then on the 8/01/2019 My electricity went off.i had to make a call to a emergency energy to find out who supplied my energy.boost had switched me over on the 7/01/19 with out confirmation any top keys or cards,put me straight in to a £7 debt.i phoned boost about my elec being off to be told i need to go shop with a code and top up like that and their was note they could do.she also said if i was not happy i could just switch to another company.the 15 sign up she didnt give it and told me to call up in few days which i did and got nothing,im just angry they did this with out confirmation And left we in in the lurch with a new born baby,i also suffer mentsl health and they no this so dont leave the house.so i had to call my husband who was at work to leave work to go buy me some electricity as i dont leave tbe house.i think the customer services are rude and dont seem to want to help and just palm u off with just switch to anotber company
