Complaint against Ovo Energy
I had a smart meter installed today 10 November 2017. The engineer who fitted the meter spotted a gas fire which we rarely use. He then condemned the gas fire and said he would have to cap the gas (turn it off) To make matters worse, he couldn't get the central heating working again. So now I'm waiting for a Boiler engineer to come and fix the boiler and cap the old gas for AND turn the gas back on. I'm now left to pay a bill thanks to Ovo. And a day off work so I lose a days wages. Never again. Once this is sorted, I'm switching.
