Complaint against Spark Energy

Moved into a property in 2015. Letting agents took incorrect meter readings and gave them to British gas, before I was then signed over to spark energy (lettings agent decision, not mine) spent a good few hours going back and forth with British gas about the incorrect gas meter reading before it turned out I owed 3 quid instead of the 200 they wanted. Then the same with spark energy. For the last 3 years I've not been able to get a upto date balance due to the problem in the first place. I've made multiple phone calls and emailed 4 pictures of the meter to provide proof of the readings I have given. Today I had a text saying "as we have advised you we're increasing your monthly did from 24 to 270 pounds a month" first off this is the first communication I've had regarding this. After a long phone call again it turns out they still haven't updated their system and although they finally seem to believe me it will take 2-3 weeks to get this updated and give me a balance. This has taken 3 years and is likely to land me with a large bill I am unable to afford right before the weather turns cold. Its not possible to give 0 stars so 1 has had to do, but honestly spark, British gas, doesn't make a difference they're all rubbish.
