Complaint against Spark Energy

Bad marketing policies. - prices more than doubled over 3years - i had a switch to better operator refused 3 times with the excuse there was outstanding balance, but they were unable to provide final bill with the due amount to allow for the switch. - once i relocated and i closed the account they did not provide final bill and send Opos for credit collection. - Opos provided the final bill and it had more than 100kWh charged on the last day of the contract, after final reading was provided. - they keep texting pretending the overcharge to be paid and failed to amend the bill to the correct power consumption.
