Spark Energy

I joined in September as previous tenants used switch....I have received a letter from an outsource demanding over 200 have been told it is a bill before spark were taken over ....was never told I owe this money had 2 managers names neither called back i have been paying over double what my previous bills were with British Gas to say I am being financially abused is putting it lightly...next stop ombudsman there has been no customer service...sent an email of complaint...no reply this really is daylight robbery ....shocking
