Complaint against Spark Energy

I've recently moved into a 2 bed flat and have been sent the bill for the previous month (January) when I didn't live there. I rang up explained situation and was asked to send a picture of my tenancy agreement over to show that I moved the month after (February) which I did. I was told it would be updated within 3 working days. 2 weeks later I'm still receiving the same messages saying my bill is overdue I've rang up 3 times saying it's still going on yet nothing has changed.. this is seriously poor customer service.
