Complaint against Spark Energy
I have changed the spark Energy supplier to new supplier after month of new property , and final bill came Before the new supplier connected , I paid in full bill but get constant emails and auto message of the bill not paid ! even though I have proof of payment and I have sent 3 complaint letter . Sadly nothing resolved they hard to communicate, emails don’t reach to inbox the auto texts never stops and they ignore your complaint letter then make you look Like you not paying the bills on time .... I managed to complain highest department independent agencies so hoping to resolve the matter . I don’t even use this company ! Changed my supplier to more professional one from one month of my move of new address , And sadly they still email and text me about a payment that has been fully paid ! It is insane ... we are busy enough with our life and chasing companies for our own rights is crazy , they should improve their customer service and communication! All the best .
