[LAPSED] Overpaid on gas meter debt

Complaint against Spark Energy

I noticed that I was still paying off a debt to spark, after the debt had been paid, over £200. I initially contacted Swalec as I had never switched to spark, but they said they no longer had control as spark hold my gas account. I contacted spark many times they finally admitted it was their fault but said it would take a couple of months to sort out payment, that was in February and I've heard nothing since.
