Complaint against Spark Energy

moved into my rental property and found out spark was my supplier had nothing but trouble from the start, I'm a single parent and have 2 disabled children who I care for 24 hours I was hit by the benefit cap and got into a pickle with my energy bill, so spoke to someone on live chat and asked for some sort of help to which I got told all she could do was increase my direct debit to help clear the debt which obviously isn't very helpful at all, no help offered to me what so ever so still in debt and still having charges added to my bill at the same time to its getting harder to clear, I will be telling everyone and anyone not to use spark energy it's not worth the stress and upset
