Complaint against Spark Energy
We have moved into a new rented flat, taken out our energy with spark and its been a nightmare ever since. Paying a bill due 28th on selected date then they are trying to take the exact same bill 5 days later! to be told we owe them money after 3 weeks!!! Will be changing supplier asap as we are not getting anywhere with customer service.... on hold for ovcer 45 mintues to be told we would not be able to get through.
