9 months later and 19 hours of my life I'll never get back on hold to npower!!
Complaint against npower
Joined npower in July, no account details received until December, wrong bill issued, complaint made, informed me account on hold until complaint resolved within 30 days, 30 days pass still no resolve, two months pass after numerous phone calls to complaints department finally issued with a bill, also incorrect!! Now have a bill for £855 which npower demand I pay NOW! Complaint reopened, two months later, £25 good will gesture! I don't think so! Having been unable to make a payment on the account for the first 5 months then being told it was on hold and not to make a payment now being told should have saved up for the bill!! Reduce my bill by 50%! I deserve it!!
