Backdated charging, ignoring complaint, deleting e.mails
Complaint against npower
Daughter moved. Told npower. They sent a final bill for £1000 apologising that it takes into account usage over previous years as thry failed to set her direct debit and bills up. Said to write to complaints w.mail. ignored requests to call and resolve. Ibdent an e.mail and received a notification that it was delivered, not read and deleted. Thry admit they made mistakes with her bill but now have callwd in debt collectors even though she has told them the matyer has gone to the ombudsman. They will not engage. Their letters clearly show thry have messed up.
