Complaint against npower
i fell behind in my payments with n power due to the fact that my bill doubled ,it got to the point that meter plus were sent to my flat to arange a installment plan ,which i did ,i imformed him of the bill doubling ,he then did sum calculations made a phone call to n power ,he then told me that i was been charged £250 for 3 months electric when its more like £40 per month. not long after i recieve another bill saying i owed £26.26 which was due 2 days before my installment plan ,so i rang n power ,they imformed that it was a mistake and that the £26.26 was the outstanding amount . now n power have changed there mind and given my name to a debt company .unsure what i should do next .
