Complaint against npower
Npower sent me a gas bill for energy used during 2015. That bill was for £1600. Also added a default to my credit file for non payment. I have a gas pre payment meter which was fitted in June 2013. Npower have added the debt to my meter so am currently paying this debt now. Npower claim they fitted the meter in July 2015. I have sent npower a photograph of the meter showing the date when the meter was fitted and demanded an explanation to why this error has been made. To date nothing has been done.
