Npower have kept £300.19 of my money and charged me more than my previous power provider.
Complaint against npower
On 16th December 2013 I moved from Southern Electric to Npower because Southern Electric started charging me £100 per year standing charge. By May I had my first Npower bill which was 3 times previous bills due to a faulty meter. Npower finally changed my meter but they did not update the meter records and continued to charge my twice my previous bill rate. When they refused to read my meter, return my money I changed to Ebico after Ebico registered my meter. Npower will not give me a final bill, repay my money which they hold, compensate me for having a faulty meter and spending about 10 hours on the phone complaining.
