Despite NPower promising to send me an accurate final bill, they have now sent me a final demand based on an ESTIMATED meter reading! Despite me sending them (3 times!) the actual meter readings for both gas and electricity. Needless to say, NPowers's estimated readings are higher than the actual readings! I've tried to phone them, but passed from pillar to post, OR left hanging on for half an hour OR cut off after waiting to speak to a manager!! Considering that I left NPower because of there numerous mistakes with estimated bills (culminating in me being presented with a £500 bill!) it seems ironic that this happens as I move to another provider.
