I've not received my final bill

Complaint against npower

I left n power a few months ago and I've not received my final bill from them I phoned them and after half an hour they just cut me off I've emailed them numerous times for a final bill and still iced not got one and I went on the live chat a couple of weeks ago and they promised me they would send me my final bill and I've still not received it

I left my previous property in Aug 2012 and didn't get my final account until July 2015! !!!! Im still fighting it out with them.

Yeah I'm still waiting for my final bill not just an estimated one but they saying they can't give me a new bill because they have cleared my debt which they estimated I had. I'm still getting emails saying I owe them. I would advise anyone not to go to NPOWER
