Complaint against npower
I had an appointment to have a smart meter fitted on November 14 2017 but the contractor from the metering company never arrived. I complained about it in a chat session to an Npower agent, who telephoned the metering company as he was chatting to me and he confirmed that no one came on Nov 14 due to some contact details mix up, and I was promised a £30 credit for a missed appointment, I have just been on chat today to follow up on this, and I have now been told that an engineer did arrive on Nov 14 but there was no reply, this is rubbish, I insisted that no one came, and I'm telling the truth, I won't now get the £30 credit as Npower are now claiming that it was my fault for not answering the door.
