No heating or hot water for 12days

Complaint against npower

Reported breakdown sat 1st Oct Engineer came tues 4th said electrode needed replacing but there was a leak he couldn't find no point replacing until leak found he would speak to his boss Heard nothing tel them another engineer came out Thurs 6th Did not know engineer had previously been said we needed a heat exchanger Ideal the boiler manufacturer phoned to say part ordered their engineer then came tues 11th fitted heat exchanger and said it needed 2 more parts that had been damaged and the previous engineer should have ordered also we had a leak from the cold water filter Tel home team they said they would send engineer Engineer came Wed 12th said we were not covered and it would be £140 to fit water filter and had no idea when the engineer from ideal would be fitting the parts that should of been ordered in the first place I had asked to be put through to the complaints dept on the tues after the manufacturers engineer had been he told me he would ring me back he didn't. I have rang again today 13th was told the person from complaints would tel within the hour he didn't I phoned again he said the site engineer was still looking into the complaint I explained as I have all along that my husband is in I'll health and has a colostomy so we are really struggling and asked if someone would mind cotacting ideal to see when the parts are going to be fitted as they don't work at the weekend and he asked if I'd got details to phone them myself as that was to do with ideal I told him I had not and that it was his company I'm insured with he said he would phone ideal and he would ring me back but I am still waiting
