Complaint against npower
Npower defaulted my credit file for a deceased persons account, after the solicitor settled the pre death bill and they had incorrectly invoiced the post death bill, written to the service address and agreed for any remaining charges to be settled on the sale of the property. they have lost the call content where the call operator set up the account. they wrote for 12 months to the service address and then when I gave them my address for the final account letter to be sent to as the property was selling, they defaulted 14 months on my credit file registered at my home address. one call centre staff see the problems and puts it right, but the complaint case manager doesn't hold much hope of my credit file being restored.
