Complaint against Sainsbury\u0027s Energy

I ordered Sainsbury's energy at £77 a month dual fuel. I got a cheaper quote within a few weeks so switched. After 6 weeks they gave me a bill for £191 which i didn't understand and couldn't pay at once anyway. I kept getting bills from British Gas which went unopened as I'm not a British Gas customer. Evetually I opened a bill and realised Sainsburys energy is actually British Gas. I obviously appealed but to no avail. 1 year later i'm still at the starting post but Sainsbury's energy have put me on the credit report for 4 late payments which I am complaining about as it was 1 bill so why ruin my credit report? I have put in another complaint but to no avail, the manager Jamie Adams who is extremely nice has promised to call me back but never has. I paid the bill which was eventually £77 but if I realised I was blacklisted I would never had bothered because they have done there worst. What do I do?
