[LAPSED] Avoid at all costs

Complaint against Green Star Energy

Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs. Took over my supply, but never bothered changing the meters. Gas and Electric cut off. Replaced with prepayment meters when should have been credit meters, but said they would post a top up card which I could reclaim. A week and a half and lots of phone calls still no gas card. I phoned again this morning and was promised a phone call back, no phone call. After being on hold for an hour was told I was being transferred, but instead cut off. After phoning back and being on hold for another hour was told that I would have to wait until the gas goes (including the heating on the coldest day of the year) before they would do anything. When I then got put through to the pre payment team was told the same thing. Not helpful in the slightest. Didn't even offer to post a new card 1st class. Just got told the best would be 5 days! Customer services abysmal. They are not interested in helping their customers at all, just taking the money. Avoid at all cost.!!!!
