Green Star Energy
Swapped to Green Star 4 months ago, since then they have managed to take 3 direct debits without a problem, however they have also failed to respond to any communication, their "live chat" service doesn't exist and they absolutely ignore any e-mail contact. If you telephone you get a disinterested person. I am now moving my account again and in preparation for that they have "guessed" at my useage to generate an excessive bill. I tried to enter a correct meter reading and the system will not allow a lower figure than their fictitious estimate, nor will the phone system, the woman who finally answered my call said she couldn't do anything about it as I was leaving them. So we will now enter into some serious lengthy dialogue to get the money back they owe me. Totally unprofessional, poor systems, lousy service, complete waste of time and effort. Switching doesn't work with this shower, don't do it.
