Complaint against Green Star Energy

If you value your money, time or sanity then you will not use Green Star Energy. They are utterly incompetent, have appalling customer service and overcharge for energy. If your account is in credit, the refund process is so complicated, convoluted and ultimately ineffective, you feel as though you are in some sort of Kafkaesque nightmare. They are terrible on the phone, they don't reply to emails and over the course of several months my enquiry was escalated so many times it may well be on the moon by now. But they have managed to keep my nearly £500 of credit despite this. I will be forced to seek legal advice. Save yourself the hassle and just use a proper energy company.
