Complaint against Green Star Energy

As per previous invoices I am waiting for my quarterly account which was due early April 2018 I have given them my readings every month end and up to this account the system has worked. However, this time they appear not to have entered my details stating that I have no meters and have not received my readings for Gas. Trying to sort this out has been a nightmare and I required your help They have promised me that they will resolve this but days have passed and I have still not received my computer account I I
