Complaint against Green Star Energy

Me and partner moved house 6 weeks ago so we’ve changed are addresses with our energy provider which was green star. We gave them on 3 separate accasion are old meter reading and out new ones which was really a struggle because they don’t seem to have any time for there customers. So after 40 mins on phone they finally took are new ones. Phoned up a few week later to realise the man who took are readings first time did it all wrong so 3rd time lucky they finally got them! Went to look at my direct debit today and nothing has gone out. My partner phoned up to be told we haven’t registered with them when we’ve been with them for 3 years!! (Work that one out??) So we’ve been burning gas/ electricity thinking we’re with green star because we done the right thing when we moved in!! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever ever dealt with. Never will I go with green star again. You will never get the answer you want!! Forgot to mention this I was £180 in credit when we moved so tried to claim it back and all of a sudden I owe them £90 which really doesn’t make sense if I’m that much I’m credit. One lady put the phone down saying bad signal. They just fobb you of and don’t listen. Customer service is terrible!!!!
