[LAPSED] Despair that i will never be able to pay my bill

Complaint against Green Star Energy

Landlord here attempting to pay correct bill. Sent all correct readings 3 times. Just getting demands. No reply to emails. 15 to 20 minutes wait on phone before i gave up x 5. V bad custoner service. V frustrating and new tenants have gone with new company and i don't blame them.
