[LAPSED] Didn't even go over to them and this happened.

Complaint against Green Star Energy

I cancelled within the 14 day period but they refused to accept this. They want me to pay £60 termination fees. I phoned them on 6th april. 14 days ended on 11th April. I complained by email on the 12th april and rang them and opened a complaint. they sent email reply that they will respond within 7 days. Today is 27th April and still no response to my phone call or email. USLESS COMPANY.

And then to top it off Hudson energy tried to take money from my bank. I stopped it and the bank refunded my monies next day. (I WAS UNAWARE THAT HUDSON ENERGY OWNED GREENSTAR).
