[LAPSED] electricity bill

Complaint against Green Star Energy

Signed up with green star energy for my electric in July this year. Signed up for monthly direct debit payments. Have had no correspondence or information of how much the monthly payment would be, sent email about this, didn't have any reply. Have been in hospital, so have just been able to try and get things sorted.have phoned three times this week to see what was happening. First email this morning to say I owe nearly £180.00 pounds.I am furious that they have left it this long, then expect me to pay all at is their mistake so want resolution quickly. If not will go further.
