Fed up I just want to swich

Complaint against Green Star Energy

I have been receiving bills since I joined Green star in June 2017 but I have a pre payment meter and top up by key, I have called and spoken to a member of staff at least once a week since November 2017 to try and get this sorted and each time I am told the that is being looked in to and there is nothing else that can be done at the moment, I was also told I would not receive any more bills but each month I receive another bill bearing in mind I have a prepayment meter and have done so since joining. I then tried to switch to another company in December 2017 but was sent objection emails each time they tried to take over my account, I called two weeks ago and I was told that the migration will be completed by the 1st of March 2018 And to go ahead and arrange the switch once again, I have now called the other electricity company and sorted out a date for the switch but have now received yet again another objection email and on top of that another bill, I’m furious that I have had to call almost every week for four months and absolutely nothing is being done and now I might miss my installation date again because Green star are still objecting my chosen electricity company I would like for this to be sorted out immediately I have been very patient and would prefer not to have to take this any further none of this is my fault
