Complaint against Green Star Energy
Yesterday--june 19th-2017 I paid £269.45 green star energy-through their automated payment system and yet today 20th June they sent me an email saying that the above amount was overdue and needed to be paid immediately!! This company is the worst company I have ever come across in my life time. Their customer service is appalling!! I have come to the end of my year with them and wanted to take up with sse. Their response to replying to my emails is almost non-existent or they take weeks to respond. They have grossly over estimated my meter readings for some months and would've even respond to my queries. It seems to me that they are using delaying tactics to try and block my move to sse. I wonder if you could help me out with the predicament I seem to be in. As was said above the payment was made through their automated system and I definitely don't want to be making a second payment to them.
