[LAPSED] Green Star Energy error results in debt collection letter

Complaint against Green Star Energy

I switched banks in April and all of my direct debits were successfully transferred. Green Star energy didn't collect the payments and in November I received a debt collection bill for £310. I received no warning and in September they renewed my yearly contract. Customer services have been rude and refused to let me make a complaint. I am 62 and worried I will be cut off in the middle of winter.
