In credit of over £130, company took payment of £90 after switch and still haven't been refunded
Complaint against Green Star Energy
It has been over eight weeks since the switchover (14th September) -- the company took £90 from my account as a direct debit on 6th October as an advance payment for October despite the fact that I was now with another company -- I have spent several hours on the phone to them over a number of weeks trying to get this money and remaining credit refunded, and for them to create an accurate bill from metre readings submitted on the dates requested. Still waiting!
