[LAPSED] Misleading tariff system

Complaint against Green Star Energy

After being with Green Star for a year and having no real complaints, l decided to renew for another year. In the first year l paid quarterly and provided meter readings. However, l didn't realize my readings were being replaced by, estimated readings. Track forward to today, 3 months after l renewed and after submitting new readings.....suddenly l have a hefty bill, for 6 months,....after an hour on the phone with Green Star and non the wiser, l learn my bill has been consolidated!!!!! and therefore there is an extra amount owing....l've given so many readings over the period of my old/new contract, it makes no sense at all. I would advise anyone entering into a contract with this company to tread carefully!!!!!
