[LAPSED] My regrettable mistake to switch to Green Star Energy in April 2017!

Complaint against Green Star Energy

Despite numerous requests, since I switched to GSE in April 2017, GSE have yet to resolve the problem that my Gas meter readings do not register on my account when I enter my dual fuel meter readings. GSE respond every time with 2 emails which state they will respond in "7working days"...and NEVER do! I have now given GSE notice that unless I receive a constructive response before month end, I will be switching to a more reliable dual fuel supplier.
