Complaint against Green Star Energy

i only received a email 2 days before they changed over my gas, not 14 day cooling of period they said, still waiting for information pack with price plan, they claim it was 14 days from phone call and to late to cancel with them. they say i have to pay £30 to leave them customer service not help full i don't recommend this company they bad news
