Complaint against Green Star Energy

Green Star Energy Have very poor customer service I have had three separate complaints to them about Inaccurate billing and their failure to resolve the problem, Interdepartmental communication, and poor I.T. at their Indian Call center, There just doesn't seen to be anyone with authority to make decisions, They are "so sorry to hear we have fallen short in service" That's it, no resolution Seams that at boardroom level dis empowerment, and siege mentality set in, Finally gave in, sold up to Shell Energy,
