Complaint against Green Star Energy

This all started when we were moving house. A situation you would think most energy companies are used to. I caned my direct debit. Anyhow, there were several delays in our move, reluctant to set up another DD because of the uncertainty of the move,I spoke to customer services and paid an amount off the outstanding balance. The threatening letters, emails and text messages started, and were sent on a daily basis. I asked them to stop, they said they would, but did not. I called paid some mote, stated that I was not refusing to pay,was simply moving house. Threats continued. Until I set up another DD. Then when we moved, I updated the meter readings on the website and advised them by secure message that I had moved, these were the final readings and my new address was x. Today they set me up with a new account at the old house. Bravo! So this now requires another expensive telephone call to them to sort out what, for an energy company should be simple. Staggering bad at the basics!
