Complaint against Green Star Energy

For the first 8 months with Green Star I did not know who my energy apply was with. I swapped through the Martin Lewis site and the one email that mentioned the company name was deleted by accident. I got no welcome pack, no email, no way of signing up to an online account and my direct debits we're taken under a different company name. I was very unhappy but had no idea who to get in touch with! I eventually found out when a man came to take a meter reading and I asked him which company he was with. Once my cheap tariff was over a year later (I was unaware it was only a year fixed term as I'd had no previous contact from them) I suddenly started receiving emails. I took far too long to change energy supplier once my bills went up by over £40 a month but once that was complete my online account has told me that I only had £30 to pay yet they took £155 out of my bank account! None existent customer service and had left me struggling for money when it was supposed to help me save!
