[LAPSED] Refuses to accept my cancelled electricity

Complaint against Green Star Energy

I switched to green Star and changed my mind the next day. Called utility discount who had signed me up and they said it would be stopped. Then I got welcome e mails from green Star. Called them said it was erroneous transaction. They said they would cancel. This was in may. I thought I had gone back to my previous supplier but suddenly realised no direct debit had been going out. Have called and emailed green star with no answers. Am very frustrated.
