Complaint against Green Star Energy

Customer service are so rude. Agreed to change supplier then realised I would be better off staying with Sainsbury's, Green Star then offered me a cheaper tariff so I assumed I would have a cooling off period from the date of the new tariff. When I worked this out Sainsbury's were still cheaper with the Warm Home Discount £140 electricity help which Green Star do not offer. Kept on hold nearly half an hour every time I called. Told ringing at wrong time LUNCH !. No supervisor available, complaints team too busy to talk to me ! "You have been told !" "What were you told" When I said I had been on hold an hour and a half she said 23 +26+28 minutes didn't add up to that !!!! Repeatedly asked to cancel ,told they were going on first tariff offer date and that was today so I couldn't cancel without paying a cancellation fee. But could offer a cheaper tariff ?????!!!!!!! Never received second tariff offer in writing or welcome pack !! Even though someone rang me last week and said they would chase it up !. Not allowed to talk to complaints department or a supervisor. Quick enough to sign you up ! All sweetness then 😤
